Kept seeing this error
badlogin: fairlane.fishparts.net [192.168.83.10] DIGEST-MD5 [SASL(-13): user not found: no secret in database]
When trying to login as janice.
Needed to add janice to the correct realm:
saslpasswd2 -c janice -u mail.fishparts.net
That did the trick.
